Requirements
* Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Certification by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
* Minimum one year of primary care experience as a medical professional

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and use proper de-escalation methods in crisis situations
