- Lead, mentor, and support a team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor team performance, acknowledge WINS, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and complex queries.
- Analyze workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Assist with training of new employees.
- Monitor and report on productivity, attendance, and employee performance.
- Support upper management with administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination.
- Handle conflict resolution and escalate issues when appropriate.
Required Skills and Experiences
- 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to train and develop.
- Basic 10 Key proficiency
- Typing at least 45 words per minute.
- Plan and lead meeting with key talking points.
