Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Manage a team of in-office and remote employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Track employee time and attendance, handle scheduling, and monitor daily productivity.
- Identify issues in existing processes and propose effective resolutions.
- Develop, track, and analyze key metrics and reports to improve performance and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with external vendors and coordinate scheduling calls and meetings.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to business standards.
- Perform all job duties for supervised positions when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
- Travel as needed to support program operations.
- 1 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in an office or operations setting.
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- Experience in tracking KPIs and creating performance reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of automotive tow trucks is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership and training skills to direct and develop team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks, prioritize workload, and work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training staff to enhance performance.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
