Copart is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to support the Meeting & Events Team. The ideal candidate will be a "take charge" individual with the ability to manage administration of the department, and support numerous events and meetings. A successful individual must have a customer-focused mindset and is an enthusiastic individual who is able to build relationships with internal and external customers. The candidate must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, meet deadlines, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weeks. Incumbent will be responsible for managing the administrative responsibilities for the team, including, but not limited to the following:

Incumbent will be responsible for managing the administrative responsibilities for the team, including, but not limited to the following:
- Managing Calendars
- Ordering team Supplies
- Maintaining accurate records of all expenditures and paying vendors in a timely manner
- Managing the monthly p-card reconciliation
- Compiling data from various sources into event specific spreadsheets
- Collect details from clients on their meeting needs
- Booking meeting rooms as needed
- Monitoring and assigning correspondence in the Events Inbox
- Researching and recommending event venues and promotional products
- Tracking shipments
- Sorting and distributing swag
- Monitoring registration websites for event RSVPs
- Assist team with clean-up of event attendee lists
- Using mail merge to create name badges and labels
- Printing and assembling name badges
- Data entry as assigned
