COPC is the largest independent physician-owned Primary Care Group in the US. We are seeking a full-time licensed and board-certified Family Medicine/ Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for our joint venture with Vera Whole Health located at 110 Polaris Parkway, Suite 100, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
About the practice:
Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
This Primary Care Clinic is an established outpatient practice that is a collaborative environment and has a great reputation for providing whole health care in the community. It's focus is on health education, preventive medicine and disease management to deliver high quality patient care including behavioral health, women's health, wellness screenings, sick care, chronic conditions and urgent needs. Physical therapy, on-site lab and diagnostic testing is available.
The Physician will be treating employees who work for a large client of Vera Whole Health that is located in Westerville.
Vera Health Clinics have Nurse Practitioners on staff who collaborate with the Physician and treat patients too.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
Completed a three-year Family or Internal Medicine Residency.
Board Certified.
Active medical license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Provider in an Outpatient Primary Care Practice or Urgent Care.
Electronic Medical Record experience. Vera uses Next Gen.
