This is an in-person position at an outpatient clinic.
Hiring bonus for licensed Therapists!
- $2000 for Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), then $2000 at 6 months if meeting productivity
- $1000 for Associate license (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT), then $1000 at 6 months if meeting productivity
Starting Pay:
- $48,000 annualized for unlicensed Therapist
- $54,000 annualized for Associate Level Therapist
- $70,000 annualized for Independent Level Therapist
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
- At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Must be licensed through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners within six (6) months of hire.
- Must have a valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or family and marriage therapy) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Additional Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age (licensure and automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
