Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to develop a loyal customer base
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Assist in setting and achieving sales goals
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Complete Business Development Center training
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership management system
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Valid driver's license and knowledge of dealership products and services
