Copeland Buhl & Company PLLP is looking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to our firm. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Image workstations, maintain OS image and the appropriate time for upgrading all laptops/desktops.
Break fix peripheral devices for end users.
Field incoming help-desk tickets from end users via phone, email, and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems and provide recommendations.
Perform software/hardware upgrades and migrations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams as necessary.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Onboard and assist users in new and existing IT systems.
Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT systems and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support tools.
Maintain a high-level of security to the environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Computer Technology.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar position.
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to analyze, solve, and debug technical problems across multiple platforms.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT service.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure account creations, Office 365, Windows 11, CCH Axcess Suite, FortiClient, and Multi- Factor Authentication preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
