Copeland Chevrolet, located in Brockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Phone & Internet Sales Consultant to join our Chevrolet Business Development Center (BDC).
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
This is a full time position with a generous compensation package.
On average, our Phone & Internet Sales Consultants earn between $55,000 to $90,000 per year.

A Phone & Internet Sales Consultants is the first person most customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle.
You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, Internet leads, web site chats, and more. Additionally, you will be setting sales appointments performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
Great work life balance! We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 9AM -5PM, and CLOSED on Sunday! We are also closed on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle all incoming email leads, phone leads, and chat leads
- Perform long-term follow-up with all unsold sales customers
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Assist customers online with our Digital Retailing Platform
- Deliver inquiries / messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS :
- Self-motivation
- Basic understanding of web based software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Drive to hit appointment and sales goals
- Energetic and outgoing personality that is not afraid to talk to customers
