What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner/laborer position at Copeland Construction?
This position would include Job site cleaning, rental property make ready cleaning as well as general labor duties including but not limited to:
Perform general cleaning duties such as:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors etc
- Light maintenance, assisting as needed with general repairs
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
-New construction/remodeling job site cleaning
- General/labor including assiting on jobs sites as needed

- Experience in professional home cleaning
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
