Copeland Oaks is a senior community for adults 55 and older in every stage of living - all in one beautiful village-like setting. Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It's an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. We offer complete independent living with added options ranging from light housekeeping and meals to memory care and skilled nursing assistance to a complete 24/7 onsite medical center.

What's your day like?

As a new Maintenance Worker at Copeland Oaks, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment where no two days are the same. Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to performing repairs, trash removal, replacing light bulbs and air conditioning filters, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained. Responsibilities could also require assisting with outside grounds duties. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to address maintenance requests promptly, maintain safety standards, and uphold the overall quality of the residence. Your expected schedule will be a swing shift, which includes a combination of days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexibility is key, as you may face varying challenges that require your expertise at different times.
