What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Grounds Worker position at Copeland Oaks?
Copeland Oaks, a 250 acre not-for profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Sebring, OH is hiring for Spring/Summer Seasonal Grounds Workers.
The seasonal grounds worker will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in a neat and attractive manner, clean up of the outside grounds in appropriate weather and assist with inside maintenance duties during bad weather.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: lawn mowing, weeding, leaf removal, snow / ice removal, and grounds clean up. In addition, this position may be assigned general labor duties inside as needed. These duties may include resident move-ins, fire watch, meeting room set up and tear downs, trash collection, and construction clean up.
Entry level position, no experience necessary, must be able to lift over 50 lbs. School aged candidates must be able to furnish a work permit.
