Responsibilities :
- Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
- Manage sales for both walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Fulfill basic quote requests and send out standard submittal packs
- Coordinate with teammates to advance orders through the Copeland order flow, whether at the quote, design drawings, production, or transportation stage
