What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney- General Liability & Insurance Coverage position at Copeland Stair Valz and Lovell LLP?
The growing Chattanooga office of CSVL is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its team. This role will primarily involve general liability and insurance coverage work. Prior experience with depositions and jury trial is strongly preferred. An ideal candidate will have the ability to run with cases without significant oversight. A current Tennessee bar license is required.

Required Education & Professional Licensure :
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Tennessee and good standing with the State of TN Bar.
