As a civil litigation defense attorney at CSVL, you will be a part of a team representing professionals and other defendants or respondents involved in professional liability cases and similar disputes in litigation and arbitration. You will be handling cases from beginning to end, including the preparation of pleadings and motions and participation in all aspects of discovery, dispute resolution / mediation and trial. Additionally, you will work closely with CSVL team members to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.
Required Education & Professional Licensure
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia
