What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Coordinator position at Coperion Corporate?

Job Purpose :
To ensure all deliveries are received according to the purchase order and distributed to the appropriate location. Participate in maintaining accurate and orderly inventory.
Essential Functions :
- Unload deliveries coming into Shick Esteve, including very large items requiring skilled fork truck use.
- Ensure deliveries are free of damage and are according to the purchase order.
- Receive items in production software.
- Deliver goods to appropriate departments or inventory location.
- Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies with purchase order and inventory issues.
- Accountable for cycle counting and location verification of inventory.
- Comply with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
- Perform pick up and deliveries for Shick Esteve as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Accountable for improving the organization of the receiving area.
