What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales representative position at Coperion Food Equipment LLC?
Responsible for increasing the sales volume and gross margin for service parts, with focus on product line(s) assigned to. Responsible for parts quoting & order entry processes. Problem diagnosis including electrical/mechanical and electronics troubleshooting. Must be able to be innovative and use common sense to remedy a situation so the customer may resume operations. Research and carry out parts and service requests for customers via telephone, fax, e-mail or other means. Maintain integrity of Customer Machine Order (CMO) files. Maintain working knowledge of latest modifications, retrofit, etc. for equipment assigned to service.
