What are the responsibilities and job description for the Component Sales Estimator position at Coperion Process Solutions LLC?
Shift 1 (United States of America) Coperion is now hiring a Component Sales Estimator to support our team in Sabetha, KS. The Component Sales Estimator is responsible for providing sales with pricing on non-standard manufactured equipment and/or options and accessories. Work You’ll Do: Provide pricing for internal sales and rep organization Coordinate with PMC and Engineering Services on pricing Determine material, engineering and labor costs Produce pricing for finished product or adders to base equipment prices to produce modified pricing. Basic Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes gained through 2-3 years manufacturing industry experience or must hold a two-year technical degree in a related field At least 2-3 years’ experience reading and understanding manufacturing drawings, bills of materials and costed bills of materials Preferred Qualifications: Strong computer, communication, organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills Ability to organize, prioritize, handle multiple work assignments and meet deadlines Ability to perform arithmetic calculations for estimating.
