Job Description $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Coperion is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Parts to support our location in Whitewater, WI. This position supports the activities of the Receiving and Shipping department by unloading trucks, inspecting, signing and updating the computer system for received goods. Custom builds or prepares packaging for secure and safe shipment of products. Shipper generates bill of lading, packing lists on orders, arranges trucking services and maintains database. Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3pm Responsibilities: Use ERP system to create picking lists for parts available to ship Prepare and package materials in corrugated product and/or skids and pallets Generate packing list for shipment Arrange truck services and UPS/FedEx shipments Unload/load trucks using forklift Assemble owner’s manuals for new equipment Support our lean manufacturing process with 5S Adhere to ISO 9001 company standards, work instructions and procedures Required Education/Experience/Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 months to a year of shipping and receiving knowledge Effective computer skills Forklift certification a plus Detail oriented, effective organization and planning Ability to time manage to meet deadlines Use judgement and independent thinking Dependability a must Benefits: Our benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, vacation/sick pay, life insurance, short & long-term disability, paid parental leave and 401k retirement plan.
