Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manger. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to analytically streamline a multifaceted set of moving parts. You will coordinate and work with the owners as well as the team.
Responsibilities
Good Decision Making
- Coming up with insightful ways to handle issues independently
- Patience and some hand holding to instill correct ways of doing things
- Laying down the framework to solve issues
- Ability to course-correct situations
- General sensibility will play
Staff Leadership
- Supervise and lead small team of stockers, delivery drivers, farm team and small network to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure team works within the framework of our expectations and culture
- Onboarding new employees on procedures, practices, and customer service standards
Logistics
- Figuring out logistics of farm, network, routing, staff, production
- Coordinating with network and various changes that happen weekly, seasonally, etc, and streamlining
Software
- Comfortable implementing new software
- Assisting with implementing new systems
- Possibly troubleshooting new inventory system
Requirements
- Stellar track record in Logistics, Problem Solving, Leadership, Operations
- Team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with owners and team members
- Reliability and flexibility as we grow
- Interest in growing within!
