Experienced Copier/Printer/ IT Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Copier, Printer, IT Technician to join our team. Are you an Experienced Copier, Printer, IT Technician who will be responsible for providing technical support for repair and maintenance on copiers, printers and computers? Does your experience include setting up & connecting computers and printers to a network? Are you skilled in providing technical support for desktop and laptop computer systems? This involves trouble shooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of copier, printer & computer equipment. Are you willing to deliver toner and supplies to customer locations in a 50-mile radius of Salisbury?

Duties

• Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on copier, printer & IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot networking problems and ensure connectivity.
• Utilize schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems.
• Conduct field service visits to client locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance system performance.

Skills

• Proficient in mechanical knowledge to assist technicians repair and maintenance tasks related to copier, printer, and computer hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Experience with software troubleshooting across various platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
