Job Summary
The Installation Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. They will support and train with the lead Installation Specialist, who communicates with internal departments and customers to coordinate and perform equipment installations that meet or surpass expectations.
The Installation Assistant position is an entry-level position, training will be provided. This role is designed to prepare the team member to be promoted to an Installation Specialist or Warehouse Assistant position after approximately 6 months.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in Delivery/Pick Up CNW equipment via a CNW truck
- Must be able to move fragile equipment through a variety of environments without damage to equipment or property
- Maintain the operational status of the truck, both on and off the road
- Work well with other team members when large machines need to be moved
- Take responsibility for your work
- Effectively Communicate relevant information to supervisors and customers
- Able to process documents in a timely manner (ie. forms for delivery, move, pickup, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
