About the Role
As an IT Clinical Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical staff and IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Acting as a liaison with EHR vendors' technical support.
- Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage.
- Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items
- Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels.
- Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings.
- Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff.
- Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR).

Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support.
- Prefer knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
