The City of Coppell is searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to support the City Manager’s Office in collaboration with the City Secretary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, business principles, and email etiquette is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Schedule Commitment

The Administrative Services Coordinator performs most duties on a Monday-Friday 40-hour weekly schedule, with some overtime or irregular hours worked when required. 

Pay Plan

This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #11. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity. 

Hiring Range$25.66-$31.43
Min $25.66 ($53,375)
Mid $31.43 ($65,378)
Max $37.20 ($77,382)

  • February 7-23: Accepting Applications
  • February 24-28: Application Material Review and Technical Phone Screenings
  • March 3-8: Candidates invited to move forward in the next step of our hiring process will be invited to complete a DISC Assessment and participate in a panel interview. 
  • March 17-21: Interview Experience

Experience 

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 Years of strong administrative experience and excellent customer service experience; or equivalent education and experience.
