What they are trying to do?

The client is looking for somebody who is hands on in development preferably .Net Core API's which are not completely built yet, and also to create an APIM Layer on top of the API's which are nearly getting created and then manage the entire pipelines for deliveries and set up and deploy. This is what they are looking for on the higher end. There is also a going to be a Offshore component which handles and helps in the development, for this is going to be lead / architected by a Hands on person who can jump in and develop API's and setting it up right from the permissions to the security policies so it can be administered end to end.
