Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help improve business processes and systems. You will work with different teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements for new projects and system improvements.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Help design solutions that align with business goals.
- Support project teams in implementing and testing new processes or systems.
- Create reports and presentations to share findings with management.
- Ensure that proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with business analysis tools like Jira, Excel, or Tableau.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
- Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
