What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Delivery Driver position at Copper Barn?
Delivery Driver Needed for furniture store based out of downtown Columbia, SC. Responsibilities will include delivering furniture safely, loading trucks, unloading trucks, and providing great customer service.
Hours vary based on weekly schedule. Must be available for local and overnight travel.
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive a 26’ box truck
- At least 1 year truck driving experience
- Must be able to drive in large city environment with high traffic
- Lift 75 lb without issue
- Have customer service skills
- Open availability with flexible schedule
- Must be able to travel overnight 2-4 nights, twice a month or so
- Valid drivers license - no CDL required
- Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card
Competitive Pay will vary based on experience and weekly work schedule.
