Copper Beech Commons is currently hiring for a Part Time Custodial Cleaner for Deep Cleaning. Our Custodial Cleaners are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent service skills and a great smile!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning in an assigned area to meet established guidelines.
- Performing such duties as cleaning of bathrooms, showers, kitchens and apartments
- Vacuuming, dusting/polishing, mopping, carpet cleaning, washing windows and walls
- Removing trash and recyclables
- Cleaning of commons areas
- Responsible for following safety protocols and carrying out assigned duties and reporting maintenance and safety items to Management
- Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
This is a Part Time/Temporary Position from May to September.
Qualifications:
- Be able to work with cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Performs other duties as assigned.
