We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using OpenTable or similar systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
• Buss tables, sanitize surfaces, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and responding effectively to requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
