Landscaper/Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor, operating power tools, and working in various weather conditions. A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is essential.

Duties

• Perform general landscaping tasks including digging, planting, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
• Operate power tools and machinery safely for tasks such as lawn care, tree trimming, and hardscaping projects.
• Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Carry out tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
• Build landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls using various materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools and knowledge of their operation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads as required by the job duties.
• A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation to job sites.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
