COHO Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/ Maintenance Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO). This position will provide support in logistics, planning and execution between Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) and MRO.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Provides support in integration discussions, planning and execution between Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI), Legacy programs, and MRO.
  • Support integration work with Air Force Logistics data, interfaces, interoperability, general technical acumen to understand LCI materiel solutions, and ability to confirm requirements and development of methods of integration/interoperability.
  • Support of integration challenges with Oracle 12.2.* with various Air Force legacy systems and new enterprise systems.
  • Analyzes and recommends requirements to meet mission needs.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop understanding of logistics business processes and work business process re-engineering.
  • Supports logistics transformation activities planning and execution.
  • Develops various artifacts for customer delivery.
  • Applies technical knowledge to support various teams in any activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • 3 years of experience with Air Force Depot Maintenance systems
    • Understanding Air Force Depot Maintenance organizations, roles, and work
    • Junior to mid-level integration experience
    • Experience of deployment and support of Air Force IT production systems
    • Experience with Air Force Information Technology system implementations
    • Ability to communicate technical issues to various teams, organizations, and stakeholders
    • Should have experience in as many of the following as possible:
      • data
      • interfaces
      • interoperability
      • general technical acumen to understand LCI materiel solutions
