COHO Integrated Solutions is seeking an Incentives Establishment Services Support Specialist to play a crucial role in processing, managing, and ensuring the accuracy of incentives available to service members of the Georgia Army National Guard (GAARNG). This role is responsible for confirming eligibility, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with Army and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. The Incentive Specialist will utilize the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) to track and manage all incentives-related transactions and will be a key resource in assisting service members with inquiries regarding their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm eligibility for all incentives, including reenlistment bonuses, student loan repayment, and other available benefits for service members in the GAARNG.
- Ensure all required documentation for incentive claims (e.g., reenlistment agreements, medical records, financial records) is complete, accurate, and submitted timely.
- Process incentive payments, including reenlistment bonuses and loan repayment, in compliance with Army National Guard (ARNG) guidelines and policies.
- Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Monitor the status of incentive payments and follow up on any delays or issues, providing status updates to service members as needed.
- Provide at least two status updates per month to service members regarding the status of their incentive claims and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incentive claims, payments, and related correspondence, ensuring compliance with Army, DoD, and privacy regulations.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure that all payments comply with applicable federal tax laws, including correct withholding taxes.
- Provide monthly reports to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) detailing the status of incentive claims, processed payments, and any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Submit a weekly report to the COR on actions completed, including processed claims, payments, and resolutions of discrepancies.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in incentive payments, such as errors in payment processing or issues with submitted documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies to avoid payment delays.
- Conduct a monthly review of incentive processing procedures and materials, ensuring they align with changes in regulations and policies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance in incentive processing.
- Conduct up to eight outreach events per year to inform service members about available incentives, including reenlistment bonuses, loan repayment programs, and other related benefits.
- Ensure all service members are well-informed about available incentive programs and how to access them.
- Utilize the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) to track incentive eligibility, payments, and other related tasks. Ensure accurate data entry and processing.
- Manage audits of the incentive program as required by the COR, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on all federal and state incentive programs available to service members, including reenlistment bonuses, student loan repayment, and other related benefits.
- Assist service members with inquiries about eligibility, documentation requirements, and payment status.
- Experience in incentive program management, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process payments and documentation.
- Knowledge of federal and state incentive programs, including reenlistment bonuses, student loan repayment, and other benefits.
- Proficiency with the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) or similar management software.
- Understanding of Army National Guard policies and regulations related to incentive programs.
- Ability to maintain compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist service members.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payments or documentation quickly and efficiently.
