About the Role
">The Chief Operating Officer - Healthcare Services will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our healthcare departments, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental Care, and Specialty Clinic Services. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Senior Management Team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan, focusing on aligning healthcare departments with the Promise Statement of CRNA. ">
- Oversee all operational aspects of healthcare departments, leading and supporting directors to achieve exceptional customer service, quality of care, and cost control. ">
- Analyze operations for cost management and performance, leading governance, personnel, and service line changes as necessary to ensure long-term sustainability. ">
- Use LEAN methodology to address barriers to patient care, patient flow, and practice inefficiencies. ">
- Present consistent and transparent performance reporting to multiple stakeholders and audiences. ">
- Represent CRNA at regional, state, and national meetings of healthcare agencies. ">
- Coordinate with Senior Management Team on equipment purchases, lease arrangements, construction of additional facilities, and expansion of services. ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field. ">
- Five years of experience in healthcare, including team leadership and direct supervision. ">
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development experience. ">
- Knowledge and experience with Clinical Process Improvement. ">
- Regulatory and compliance experience. ">
- Familiarity with HRSA and federally funded agencies. ">
- A strong understanding and sensitivity to Alaska Native culture and lifestyle, with demonstrated experience working effectively with Alaska Native or other underserved populations. ">
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills. ">
- Effective oral and written communication skills. ">
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality as required for HIPAA and other regulations. ">
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. ">
