Job Description
- The Chief Operating Officer – Healthcare Services (COO-HS) will join the CRNA team and help carry out our Promise Statement to the community.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO-HS is responsible for supervising all healthcare service operations, including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health, Wellness, Dental Care, and Specialty Clinic Services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Management Team in the development and implementation of the strategic plan, focusing on aligning all healthcare departments with each other and with the Promise Statement.
- Oversee operational aspects of the healthcare departments, leading and supporting directors to achieve exceptional customer service, quality of care, and cost control.
- Analyze operations for cost management and performance, leading governance, personnel, and service line changes as necessary to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Use LEAN methodology to address barriers to patient care, patient flow, and practice inefficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Five years of experience in healthcare, including team leadership and direct supervision.
- Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Clinical Process Improvement.
