Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct employee orientation and training to foster a knowledgeable workforce.
• Manage inventory by overseeing stock levels, pricing, and product placement.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
• Implement retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
