House Supervisor (RN) Position
A part-time opportunity has become available at Copper Springs, a division of Lifepoint Behavioral Health. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Copper Springs specializes in providing compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment. Our approach is built on a psychosocial model of care, aiming to decrease suicide rates, reduce addiction-related deaths, reverse the decline in life expectancy, and improve productivity in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of hospital operations during periods when administration is absent
- Maintenance of performance standards, scheduling, and completion of education and coaching when necessary
- Assistance with department meetings conducted by the Director of Nursing (DON)
- Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure the successful execution of treatment plans
- Demonstration of thorough nursing knowledge, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge procedures, medication distribution, and medical care
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Graduation from an accredited program of professional nursing training
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse issued by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) completed within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
- Flexibility to work variable hours and potentially overtime
- Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, preferably with direct experience working with patients suffering from chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric issues, and geriatrics
