Associate licensure may be accepted. Availability to work in the afternoon / evenings State Licensure per state requirements (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, or AMFT - LISAC & LASAC licenses are not qualified) CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
