Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an Assistant Product Manager. You will aid the Product Manager in creating and maintaining data related to products, prices, and attributes. This includes part number management, pricing, discounts, website data, sales reporting, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a propensity for working with data in spreadsheets and strong organizational skills; with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment collaborating with other areas of the organization. Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new part numbers and all related fields needed for proper function.
- Establish and maintain list prices and quantity discounts for products.
- Set-up customer specific pricing and discounts.
- Manage product attribute data for the Copper State website.
- Revise and update sales quoting tools.
- Update monthly data reports involving part numbers, prices, and costs.
- Assist in creating promotional flyers for products and services coordinated with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in planning customer events, employee training events, and trade shows.
- Work with our vendor partners for product and sales support.
- Occasional travel required (1-2 days per quarter estimated).
Qualifications:
- Education or experience in construction, industrial distribution, or the fastener industry preferred.
- Some knowledge of fasteners and construction products is necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, and Outlook needed. Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience is beneficial.
This position is eligible for a bonus.

Salary : $55,000
