Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Support with General Warehouse to join our team in the fastener industry. This role is primarily focused on inside sales and customer service, with additional responsibilities in order fulfillment and warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Prepare and provide price quotes to customers in a timely manner.
- Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist with will-call orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup as needed.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel for pricing, inventory, and sales tracking.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order fulfillment (preferably in the fastener or industrial supply industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
