Responsibilities
- Utilize Paycom to process payroll for employees
- Handle payroll inquiries from employees regarding pay, deductions, and taxes
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations related to payroll accounts
- Assist in accounts payable processes as they relate to payroll
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and adhere to data protection regulations
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Paycom
- Strong understanding of financial concepts related to payroll processing
- Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
