Requirements
✔ Plumbing Estimating Experience (Essential)
✔ Preferred: Journeyman or Master Plumber Certification and/or Certification in Construction Project Management
✔ Experience: Prior Project Management experience in commercial projects or 10 years of Journeyman-level experience
Your Role & Responsibilities As a Project Manager at Coppera, LLC, you will be a key player in project execution, working closely with the Field Superintendent to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious project completion.
Pre-Construction Planning
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams
* Review project documents (scope, specifications, plans, schedules)
* Conduct field verification and site visits with the Field Superintendent
* Develop and obtain approval for project schedules
* Process Change Orders and assist with Value Engineering
* Review and execute contracts Construction & Execution
* Oversee project progress, including Change Orders, progress billing, and vendor invoicing
* Ensure adherence to plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies
* Allocate company resources efficiently across multiple projects Project Completion & Closeout
* Conduct walk-through inspections and finalize punch lists
* Oversee completion of closeout documents
* Lead post-project Lessons Learned meetings
