Your New Role
Based in Edgartown, MA, you'll:
- Start your day at HQ with a morning meeting and route briefing
- Head into the field for scheduled residential service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with precision and care
- Mentor junior techs and lead by example in both performance and attitude
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
- Represent Century Mechanical to customers with professionalism and integrity

Job requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Valid Journeyman or Master license (Massachusetts)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no more than 3 violations and 2 accidents in the last 5 years)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, solid work ethic, and customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using FieldEdge and standard HVAC tools
