We are seeking a full time experienced front office coordinator. Preference will be given to candidates who also have dental assisting experience. Must have prior dental assisting experience and friendly/caring nature. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, health benefits, and 401k.

Responsibilities
- Front office responsibilities like scheduling, insurance verifications, treatment presentation and coordination, dental claims and billing, etc.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Stay updated on dental terminology and procedures to enhance patient care.
