CopperPoint has an exciting opportunity for a fully remote Operations Training Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the building and maintaining of training and process documentation for the functions within Operations. This role will assist in the learning and development of existing staff including delivering training. Additionally, this role will assist in the development of current and future state process updates and maintaining the standard operating procedures.

Job responsibilities:
- Assist with Creating and Maintaining Training Material: Develop, update, and organize training materials to ensure they are current and effective. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and incorporate feedback.
- Support Onboarding Administrative Processes: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of ops onboarding sessions, prepare agendas, and assemble materials for new hires. Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintaining and Auditing SOPs and Training Materials: Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure compliance and relevance. Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Assist with Maintaining Quality Assurance Process & Data Collection: Support the quality assurance team by collecting and analyzing data related to training and operational processes. Help identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall quality.
- Facilitate & Deliver Training Content: Deliver portions of new hire training and or skill development sessions
- Assist with Process Improvement Efforts: Participate in process improvement initiatives by providing insights and support. Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize operations.
- Create New Employee Technology Requests: Facilitate the setup of technology for new employees by submitting and tracking technology requests. Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Partner with Other Departments: Collaborate with various departments to provide training solutions and support operational needs. Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist with Various Projects and Tasks: Contribute to a variety of projects and tasks as needed, providing support and expertise to ensure successful completion. Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as required.
- 5 years administrative support or experience with commercial lines insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

- $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
- Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
- In addition to base salary, compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.

- Employees will accrue 0.0692 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per paid hour, which may total 18 days a year. In addition, employees will also receive 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
