Our client, a growing plumbing business, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Administrator / Social Media Executive to support their business expansion. You will play a key role in generating leads through social media while handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
No extensive experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a creative mindset, and strong organizational skills. Training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to boost engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create simple promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the home services and plumbing industry.
- Support paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized booking system for plumbing services.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and payment processing.
- Keep client records updated and maintain business documentation.
- Prepare marketing materials and assist in business presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the business owner as needed.
Requirements:
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
