Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a respectful and positive demeanor in all communications.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Provide support with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
- Assist with document preparation and data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; experience with the Keeper App or QuickBooks Desktop is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company positively.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
