Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in obtaining loan products that best suit their financial needs.
Evaluate loan applications, analyze creditworthiness, and assess risk factors.
Educate clients on available mortgage and loan options, interest rates, and terms.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other financial professionals.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state lending regulations.
Manage the loan application process from initial inquiry to closing.
Utilize loan origination systems to track and process applications efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and lending products.
RequirementsMinimum of three (3) years of experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Consultant, or similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the mortgage lending industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
Proficiency in loan origination software and financial analysis tools.
Active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license in Florida is required.
