Join a dynamic IT Consulting and Services company with a 30 year history of delivering high-impact solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. As a Project & Contracts Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing both IT and business process projects while ensuring the smooth negotiation, review, and administration of contracts. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent overseeing external and internal projects, with the remaining 20% dedicated to managing contracts.
This is a remote role, though candidates must reside on Long Island, NY. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of complex IT and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead IT and business process projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Contracts Management : Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including services, OEM vendor, outsourcing agreements and professional service agreements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and aligning project goals.
- Risk Management & Compliance : Identify potential risks in both contracts and projects, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and effectiveness within projects and contract negotiations.
