This position serves as the voice of our Copperhead brand and is responsible for ensuring a first-class customer experience by performing front line duties including responding to incoming phone calls and emails, making outbound calls, addressing customer questions, entering sales orders, and providing inside sales support and administrative support as needed. This position will have a good understanding of Copperhead's rep and distribution networks, products, and specifications, and will act with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. A high level of optimism and customer service focus are essential for this role. This position is on-site, in Monticello, MN.
WHAT we need you to do.
- Address customer inquiries for product information and pricing
- Route customers to appropriate sales contact
- Enter sales orders in company's order entry system
- Respond to incoming calls and emails received in the general company inbox
- Work with company's cross-functional resources (market managers, accounting, operations, and marketing) as needed
- Assist in creating product quotes
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Provide sales support as needed including making outbound phone calls
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
