Construction Site Supervisor

Before you read any further, one thing you know about this job is that it's a "Working Supervisor" role. Meaning, you will be on-site leading and working (as in using tools and operating machinery) with a crew of recreational installers handling playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, shade structures, and other recreational products.

Responsibilities

What does this position entail? This position will handle Georgia-based projects with the potential to travel to Northern Florida and Tennessee as well. Travel is project-specific so each week will be determined ahead of time as to when the team will or will not be traveling. The Superintendent responsibilities will include:

• Personnel management - Holding team members accountable
• Meeting deadlines
• Closing out projects and minimizing return trips
• Interfacing with customers
• Taking ownership of projects to ensure efficiency and profitability
